Coming in at #7, is the Mpow 150 lb. resistance band set it comes with 5 color coded tube bands included (Black, Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow). This is nice bands to start with as a beginner or advance. This product comes with the basics its 100 percent latex, the bands are made to not dry out, snap or deform. You get what you pay for with this product. We have found this product to be a hit and miss with the handle breaking every so often. We recommend this product based on its warranty, their customer service replacement part division, and it is budget friendly.
