It's arguably even heavier duty than the WaterRower (which is saying something) This product is made for indoor low-impact workouts giving you the option to work out the full body.  Easily separates into two pieces for space and has a 500-pound capacity. What's so great about this product is its technology. It comes with a Performance Monitor, which dishes out pretty accurate data to compare each row you take.
