It has a suspension system that supports a fair amount of weight, comes with many features like 21 workouts, it has USB capabilities where you can copy your results onto a USB flash drive, the technology built on this treadmill is excellent. However, we wish this was a little bit more affordable. If you have the money, purchase this machine you will not be upset!
