It carries a 27-gallon base that fills with water or sand. This hoop is very easy to move you can roll it wherever you would like. It is all weather resistant built to handle vigorous weather conditions. Unfortunately, it took very long to assemble this hoop, as stated by many, the instructions are not written very well, the product is not very durable easily cracks. Once it's set up, the hoop is still only ok. Once you get about 35ft from the hoop, any shots made off the backboard cause the entire hoop to shake depending on the power of the shot, but for up close games, it works well.
