At a moderate price, the Samsung TU8000 series is decent entry level smart TV for less finicky buyers on a budget. It offers great value for money with its sharp and detailed 4K picture quality and a decent reflection handling. It is a very good gaming TV thanks to the incredibly low input lag and quick response time. It has an excellent design despite the frame being mainly made of plastic and a standalone support stand which makes the HDMI usage practical. It offers a good video output with Samsung’s Crystal LCD UHD panel technology. The TV also offers a range of applications including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and Disney Plus. Given the price, there are several limitations including the narrow viewing angles and unsatisfying HDR experience.
